What locations do you currently deliver to?

We currently deliver in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Vaishali, Kaushambi and Indirapuram

Is there any delivery charge?

We charge a nominal fee of Rs 80 on each order, all with refrigerated transport to keep all items fresh.  

What are delivery slots?

Delivery slots are time slots during which you will receive your order. Jagsfresh currently offers 2 time slots:

  1. 8am- 12pm
  2. 4:00pm- 7:00pm

What is a cut-off time and what is your cut-off time?

Cut off time is the time after which the order gets processed for delivery. Our current cut off time is 4am and 12pm. For all orders placed up till 4am, you can select various time slots for delivery in the morning or in the evening for delivery on the same day.

For all orders placed up till 12pm, can choose delivery slots for the afternoon or evening on the very same day.

What is the cancellation policy of Jagsfresh?

Jagsfresh provides easy and hassle free cancellation policy. You can cancel your order by witting to us at admin@jagsfresh.comor simply call us at 1800-3000-5550.

What if I am not satisfied with the product received?

We have a no questions asked replacement policy at Jagsfresh.

If you are not satisfied with any item delivered, we will replace that item without any hassle for you.

All items purchase from jagsfresh are replaceable within 24 hours of delivery.

What if I have any complaint regarding my order?

How can I make payments at Jagsfresh?

Jagsfresh accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make payments using your credit and debit card or through net banking or via other mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) option is also available.

How much time does it takes for refund?

We will initiate your refund process as soon you place your refund request. Generally it takes 7-14 days to reflect in your credit card or bank account. For COD orders, we adjust the payment with your next order.

What if I'm not home to receive my order?

In case of non-availability at your residence, our Delivery Expert will try reaching you on the registered mobile number.

Do you deliver all 7 days of the week?

Yes, we deliver all seven days of the week.
