Ques. How can I cancel my order ?

Ans. To cancel any order, please reach out to our App/Website/Customer care.

Ques. What should I do if received product is defective ( Broken/Leaking/Expired ) ?

Ans. We have a no questions asked return policy. In case you are not satisfied with the product delivered, you can return it to our delivery person at the time of delivery or contact our Customer Service team. We request you to check all the items at the time of delivery. Products purchased can be returned as per the below:

Packaged Food & Non Food – Within 24 hours of delivery*

*All items purchase from jagsfresh are replaceable with 24 hours of delivery.

Ques. How can I cancel selected products from my order ?

Ans. You can cancel any product from your order but only during delivery with a proper defined reason or can call our Customer Service team.

Ques. What is the process of refund in case of return ?

Ans. The amount will be refunded to you in the same way as your payment method. COD will be refunded as cash and online transaction will be refunded by online method only. You can always contact our Customer Service team for any further assistance on the issue.
